Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These terms govern your use of IncludeMe (the "Service"), a directory of activities, therapies and charities for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in the UK. By using IncludeMe, you agree to these terms.

Listings are information only — please always check before you go.

We work hard to keep listings accurate, but details like opening times, costs, accessibility features and contact information can change, and not every listing has been independently verified. Always confirm details directly with the provider — especially anything related to accessibility, staffing, or safety — before attending an activity or relying on this information. If you spot something wrong, please use the "Report" option so we can fix it.

1. What IncludeMe is — and isn't

IncludeMe is a directory. We list information about activities, therapy providers and charities submitted by us, by the organisations themselves, or sourced from public information. We do not run, staff, supervise or directly vet the organisations listed, unless explicitly stated otherwise. A "Verified" or "Featured" badge reflects that an organisation has registered and/or paid to be listed in that tier — it is not a safety certification, DBS check, or guarantee of quality.

2. Accounts

You need an account to save favourites, leave reviews, message providers, or list an organisation. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of information you provide. You must be old enough to enter into these terms in your country, or have a parent/guardian's permission.

3. Reviews and other content you post

When you write a review, respond to a review, or submit a suggestion, you're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything that is false, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or that reveals private information about a child or another person without consent. We may remove content, restrict, or block accounts that break these rules, with or without notice. You can report content you think is inappropriate using the report option next to it.

4. Organisations & listings

If you claim or create a listing for your organisation, you confirm you're authorised to do so and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. "Verified" and "Featured" tiers are paid promotional placements; pricing is shown at checkout and may change with notice. We can remove or downgrade a listing at our discretion, including if information turns out to be inaccurate or a claim was made in error.

5. Safeguarding

IncludeMe is not a safeguarding or emergency service. If you have an urgent welfare or safety concern about a child, contact the relevant emergency services or your local authority directly — do not rely on this app. If you have a safeguarding concern about a listed organisation, please report it to us and to the appropriate authority.

6. No liability for listing accuracy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IncludeMe is not liable for losses or harm arising from inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete listing information, or from your dealings with any organisation found through the Service. The Service is provided "as is."

7. Intellectual property

The IncludeMe name, logo and app design belong to us. Content you submit (reviews, listing descriptions) remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it within the Service.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these terms, and we'll post the new version here with an updated date. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time via Account settings.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
